The Lab for Remixed Knowledge applies remixing techniques to the domains of knowledge, with the belief that such explorations can yield great personal insight and collective understanding. During the Lab’s residency at the Washington Project for the Arts in 2010, we trained DJs of Thought and channeled their efforts into creating new “emergent terms” and “descriptions of ‘it’.” In 2012, the Lab turned its attention to remixing the mind.
